Concrete Pump

1.Hydraulic system
Double open hydraulic circuit and great displacement with two pumps, pumping hydraulic circuit  and distributing hydraulic circuit work separately, makes it more appropriately. The reliability of  whole system is also much higher as well as the components' life is prolonged greatly, which is convenient for seeking and settling the problem.

It has safe relief protection that pumping hydraulic circuit, at the time, when the system pressure is over, the oil pump cut device, makes the main pump protect reliably.

With logic electrical high-low pressure switch or hand operated valve, switching from high  pressure to low pressure becomes easily and quickly.

The big bore reversal cylinder-with the big bore piston cylinder which have special buffer  equipment, more effective and powerful.

2.Mechanical(mixing)system
The design of hopper and S valve and so on adopt I-DEAS software, through this calculation, the hopper and S valve have good rigidity and avoid the phenomenon of hopper distortion and S valve broken.

The agitator has unique structure, which separates the hydraulic motor and agitator bearing block, it will not influence the hydraulic motor even if abrasion and slurry leak. Concrete could be mixed fully because of mixing auto-reverse rotate and wear-resistant mixing blade; it can avoid pipe jam effectively.

By using new material, new process, new structure and continuous technique development, the life of the wearing parts such as spectacle plate and cutting ring is improved more than 30%, lie in the advanced level of this field.

3.The radiator equipment of cooling makes the working oil temperature of hydraulic system below 60ºC and makes the machine in normal status. The water-cooled radiator for the hydraulic system can be chosen according to customers' requirements.

4.Lubrication system
Full closed automatic supplementary lubricating oil technology was adopting the power of  hydrodynamic lubrication pump, The continuous Input of the small displacement of the lubricating oil to the lubricating part ensures the lubrication reliability and prolongs the service life. Prevent the damage due to lubrication.

5.Adopting the high power engine, the big output power and torque not only guarantee the powerful working and complete burning, also reduce the waste emission and fuel consumption.

6.The improved hopper-adopting the side-wall filming technology, Optimized the hopper cavity,  suitable for all kinds of concrete.
